Where necessary all jewellery will carry a London hallmark where my sponsors mark has been registered since 1981.

All jewellery comes boxed.

We do not accept the return of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.

No part of this website may be copied or used without my permission.

Delivery

Delivery times will be up to 3 days (items showing as being in stock) but depending on workload/show attendance, may be up to 6 weeks if out of stock.                

If you would like an estimated delivery date before ordering, please email us from the contact page.

All UK orders are sent using  Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.30pm next day. This service starts at a cost of £9.25 but a flat rate of £5.00 is charged.

Multiple orders will only be charged postage once and orders over £100.00 are post free

Please email BEFORE ordering for International/EU shipping rates as we do not ship to some countries.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us with any queries/problems upon receipt of your order within seven days. If you decide to return a product we require email confirmation of this before return of the product. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of order.

Refunds will be for the PRODUCT only provided they are unused and goods should be posted back by the same method of posting and with the same packaging as they were sent.

After 14 days goods will only be accepted for return if faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Commissioned items cannot be returned unless faulty.

The contract is made under the law of England and Wales.

The customer is responsible for paying all customs/taxes charged to them.

Goods remain the property of Celtic Treasure until fully paid for.
